About Us

The 443 Social Club & Lounge (formerly The Listening Room at 443) is an eclectic live music venue located in the historic Hawley Green neighborhood.

We have created an intimate home for live, original music boasting a top-notch sound system and a comfortable, unique, and funky vibe.

We host regional and national singer-songwriters in our cozy room without all the usual distractions. Our guests enjoy music the way it’s meant to be experienced, learn the stories behind the songs, and get up close and personal with our performers.

We are passionate about live music, our community, and creating a venue where all are welcome.

We fill our calendar with talented touring musicians from around the country – many who have never visited Syracuse before – and the very best regional performers. The connection between artists and storytellers with an appreciative, attentive audience creates a unique and powerful magic.

The flipside of our “up close and personal” vibe is the financial constraint of our limited square footage – our seated capacity is only 75 people. We depend on the support of our community to survive.

If you’d like to help us keep original music coming to Syracuse and become part of our passionate community of live music lovers, consider becoming a member – you can find details, price levels and all the groovy perks on our website HERE.

We would be honored if you would join us.
